Day By Day... one day at a time...

DAY BY DAY helped me to understand some of the emotions and tough situations that my loved one is going through everyday. I especially enjoyed the prayer "God help me to stay clean & sober today!" at the end of each daily meditation. I gave it to her as a gift, and I feel that this book is a truely great and wonderful tool in developing a better relationship with and understanding into my loved one's journey.

I purchased this for a loved one incarcerated as a consequence of relapse
in recovery from addiction. She has told me how much she enjoys it, how
it helps her start her day and that she refers back to the day's meditation when the going gets rough. She's told me the meditations are
written in such a way as to make one think about it throughout the day,
so they're something that stay with you, I gather. My review is in response to her remarks to me via snail mail when she received "Day by
Day" in the mail and began using it.
