Me asked:

Is the meditation you are doing bearing fruit? Does it feels good when doing it but seems to be going nowhere? If so, have you tried modern techniques like Asharishi yoga? Asha – Sanskrit root meaning for the eternal law. Rishi – Seer or one with awareness. Yoga – Union.

I’ve never heard of that type of yoga, sounds interesting, have any links? I’ve been having amazing results with my meditation, chanting has really helped and energy work has too. More like miracle grow as I feel like it’s my head that is blooming.

Yes and the increased awareness has been three fold since I started Asharishi Yoga. I named my avatar in honor of Asha Rishi Yogi.
